Wins Distributor of the Year for H&BN Business Middle East & Best partner Development Initiative award

1st June 2011-Aptec Holdings, one of the largest technology distributors in the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey & Africa, won 2 major awards at the APC Middle East Annual Distributor Conference held in Prague. Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company won the Best Distributor of the Year for H & BN Business 2010–2011 & Aptec Distribution won the Best Partner development Initiative award as a Distributor. The Recognition comes for delivering on highest business growth, contribution to the APC brand and proactive channel development.

Track Gets Cisco Regional Distribution Status

Distributor recognized by Cisco as one of the major force in the Cisco regional Distribution space

20th February 2011 - Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company, one of the region’s largest technology distributors covering Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey, AKHUT & Africa has been granted the Regional Distribution Status by Cisco today. The Regional Distribution Status now allows track the capabilities to scale up operations in adjacent regional markets apart from the one they currently cover, helping Track carry their Cisco Initiatives across bigger geography. The status was announced at the Track – Cisco Synergy day held at the Burj Al Arab Hotel on the 1st February 2011, where both companies shared their vision for the Future and growth covering Cisco Business.

Distributor Bags Outstanding Performance award from APC

12th March 2010 - Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company, one of the region’s largest technology distributors covering Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey and Africa, recently scooped the Outstanding Performance for 2009 at the annual APC Distributor Meet conference for EMEA and Pakistan region.

The event which was held in Cape Town, South Africa in February 2010 saw all the vendor’s distributor partners in the region converge in South Africa to celebrate with APC their business performance and achievements. In total there were 13 award categories.

Niket Raje, APC Product Manager at Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company said the company is delighted to have been awarded this APC accolade for 2009.

Raje attributed the win to the fact that Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company grew its sales revenue by 200% in the calendar year January to December 2009. “We are happy that our initial focus of working with our top partners in the GCC region has paid off,” he said.

Raje revealed that going forward; Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company will be increasing the breadth of partners in the GCC region by three folds. “Our initial country focus was the UAE.” he said. “We will be extending this reach to include Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.”

Raje pointed out that as Track Distribution – a subsiadiary of Aptec – an Ingram Micro company is expecting incremental growth of its APC business in the region, it is important that the company incentivizes channel partners along with this growth.
